Tom Harris

Chief Operating & Development Officer

Tom Harris is Chief Operating & Development Officer of Vaderis Therapeutics. He brings over 30 years of experience in global drug development and regulatory affairs, most recently serving as Chief Development Sciences Officer at Phathom Pharmaceuticals. There he led development strategy from the company’s founding in 2019 and oversaw multiple development functions.

Previously, he spent 9 years at Takeda where he was Senior Vice President and Head of Global Regulatory Affairs. He also spent 19 years at Abbott, where he led global submissions as well as led development programs for Humira® across multiple therapeutic areas. Tom earned his BS in Pharmacy from the University of Iowa.
