Moon Hui Kim is Head of People & Business Management at Vaderis Therapeutics. She is responsible for leading people strategy, organizational culture, and business management functions, encompassing communications, information technology, and business administration.

Most recently, Moon Hui served as Vice President of Human Resources at Phathom Pharmaceuticals, where she built and scaled the HR organization to enable business growth and strengthen company culture. Prior to Phathom, she spent 14 years at Takeda Pharmaceuticals as a Global HR Business Partner across R&D organizations, with a focus on talent management and leadership development, and played a key role in multiple global integrations and organizational transformations. She holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
