Maria Buckley

Senior Vice President, Development Operations

Maria Buckley serves as Senior Vice President, Development Operations for Vaderis Therapeutics. With over 25 years of experience, she is an accomplished clinical development leader in driving global programs, leading complex studies, and fostering strong collaborations with investigators, key opinion leaders, and development partners.

Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Development Operations at Phathom Pharmaceuticals, where she built and led Clinical Operations and Data Management through complex global programs and strategic partnerships.

Prior to Phathom, Maria spent more than 20 years at TAP and Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where she managed global teams and oversaw major clinical initiatives. She holds a BS in Nursing from Marquette University.
