Karen Zylberman

Chief of Staff & Head of Business Operations

Karen Zylberman serves as Chief of Staff & Head of Business Operations for Vaderis Therapeutics. She is responsible for advancing business performance by strengthening core processes, tools, and systems to drive execution and organizational impact.

Most recently, Karen served as Vice President, Head of Pharmacovigilance Services and Medical Informatics at Phathom Pharmaceuticals, where she led pharmacovigilance operations and helped build foundational Medical Affairs capabilities. Previously, she spent 15 years at both Abbott and Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where she led global teams across several therapeutic areas, acquisitions, and delivered operational excellence across the product lifecycle. She is a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) with a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
