EXPERIENCE

An accomplished clinical development leader with extensive experience driving global programs, leading complex studies, and fostering strong collaborations with investigators, key opinion leaders, and development partners.

Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Development Operations at Phathom Pharmaceuticals, where she built and led Clinical Operations and Data Management, guiding the company through complex global programs and strategic partnerships.

Maria also spent more than two decades at TAP and Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where she managed global teams and major clinical initiatives.
